Members of the Board
The Board of Directors of SPPC currently consists of three members, without any deputies, all of whom were elected at the Annual General Meeting.
Nadja Borisova, chairman, born 1968
FCCA, Advisor of VNV Global AB (publ), Board member of Pomegranate Investment AB, Chairman of the audit committee of BlaBlaCar and Property Finder. Previous experience includes the position of CFO of VNV Global AB (publ), VEF and Pomegranate Investment AB, senior finance positions at Cloetta Fazer AB and The Coca-Cola Company.
Torsten Linder, board member, born 1958
Torsten is a civil engineer of the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He started his professional career as a trainee with Scania where he since worked for over 30 years. He held several managerial positions within the company, among them 13 years abroad, and was involved in the company's international business with emerging, complex markets and helped establish Scania's presence in several new markets, one of them being China. Torsten was previously Senior Advisor of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and a Member of the Board of Directors of SCTC.
Åsa Hansdotter, board member, born 1974
Åsa holds a law degree from Lund University and specialises in corporate law. Since 2018 she is co-founder and partner at lawfirm HWF Advokater, and previously she worked as partner with lawfirm Mannheimer Swartling, where she worked for almost 17 years, starting as associate in 2001. In 2010-2011 Åsa worked in for the firm in St Petersburg Russia. She speaks Swedish, English and Russian fluently.
Management
Mats Hultén, CEO SPPC AB, Sweden, born 1970
M.Sc. in Business Administration, Certified translator (Russian), Previous experience includes positions as General Director of commercial real-estate developer Centrumutveckling Ukraine, CEO of Orc Software Russia, Project manager at AGA, Moscow.
Denis Savinkin, CEO SPPC Management LLC, Russia
M.Sc. in Finance from St Petersburg State University of Economic and Finance. ACCA member since 2007. Previous experience includes positions as Financial Director of Ruric AB, Bravo Premium, deputy CFO of LSR Group Russia, Project manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers St Petersburg.
Auditor
KPMG AB is the auditor of SPPC and Mats Kåvik is the auditor in charge.
